CAROLINE

After competing in many hair Shows and competitions, Caroline has a vast knowledge and a creative side to her that commands considerable respect in the hairdressing community.
Within the salon, however, she is a grounding force offering bespoke cuts and colours, specializing mainly in various blonde techniques and texturised cutting.
Caroline loves both her male and female clients and forms a great bond with them and understands their lifestyle and hair needs.
Caroline`s bubbly and friendly approach will lure all the necessary Information from you to achieve your best look.
She has a lively Yorkshire Terrier named Winston whom she sometimes sneaks into the salon and if you’re lucky, he might just let you scratch his belly!

BELINDA
cutting and styling since 2004
This South African belle is charmed when bringing your wish to reality and is never afraid to give advice.
After 15 years in the Industry and having owned her own salon in Durban SA, she brings a depth of experience and leadership skill to the Caroline Rohwer Hairdressing team.
Belinda is a super approachable stylist and is a great listener whose empathetic demeanor will make your experience at CRH a solid, unnerve-wrecking investment. Her skills are exceptionally technical which means there is no room for error. Belinda has a great eye for colour tone and will never let you leave without it.
If you think that you have difficult hair then she’ll give you the right cut and colour to compliment your face shape and skin tone.
Belinda often enjoys long bike rides and embraces the outdoors no matter the weather!
Her welcoming nature will leave you feeling relaxed and happy to have been in her Chair.
JIRINA
Our local beauty isn’t just your ordinary Swiss gal from the place next door. Instead, originally from Rapperswil, now living in Zurich, Jirina exudes a simultaneous combination of unique confidence and humility from the very moment you meet her.
She has completed the Schwarzkopf color masters in 2021, making her the fourth color specialist in our salon.
When you are in her chair, you will feel completely comfortable and able to explain exactly what you are looking for without any miscommunication regarding the vital, technical bits. Her color knowledge exceeds her youthful appearance and when it comes to Balayage and/or tone, this is your go-to girl. Personally, she’s a foodie and an avid online gamer!
SELIN
Although Selin was born and raised in Switzerland, she speaks fluent Turkish and English. She`s our classic dame here in the shop, a true lady but with an occasional punch of creativity and funk. If you’re looking for a makeover, Selin loves a good challenge and embraces contrast styling or cutting. Her open-minded personality is a refreshing twist to her somewhat proper composure and perhaps not to be underestimated.
Selin is also one of our colour masters with extensive color knowledge in blonding, toning and deep browns. She completed her color master’s course in 2021 after 7 years in this industry.

MARK
With Mark, you can relax in good hands. Originally from England, Mark exudes an ambiguous sense of humor and a calming humility. He respects each client, the hair on their heads and how important it is to them! Mark is a master cutter with over 20 years of experience. Trained at the infamous Toni And Guy academy, Mark has learned to implement accuracy and professionalism with a combination of creativity and whit. His golden rule is to never compromise on his client’s vision and to have everyone leave his seat with a guaranteed good feeling in and out of the salon with his tips that`ll help you along the way.
MOLLY
If you haven’t yet met Molly then you haven’t yet had the full Caroline Rohwer experience.
She eats, sleeps and breathes hair. Molly oversees that all of us qualified folk stay on track by helping with color applications, washing, toning and general customer care. She is currently in extra training for Blonde technique expertise and we hope that soon, she’ll be surfing between our Zurich and Zug locations.
RENNA
Renna has been a part of our team since 2011. With a strong working ethic, she presents herself on a highly professional level in every aspect of this trade.
Her friendly, patient and soft-natured character makes her very easy to communicate with! She keeps herself on trend with the evermore evolving fashion techniques and collections.
She attends numerous color seminars and extended color training sessions to maintain her knowledge, making her one of our top color masters since 2013. She has been alternating between our three locations since 2020 and has no problem being flexible when asked.
Renna excels in blonding hair and is experienced in most current application techniques namely Balayage, classic foiling, free painting, block lifting, extensive toning and dual color bleach combinations. She loves short and textured haircutting, both for ladies and also uses the pivot point cutting technique for longer layered cuts. Her styling is exceptional as she has a lot of brush technique experience.
YANA
Meet Yana, a softly spoken hairstylist from the Ukraine. Her love for nature draws her outdoors as often as she can with cycling and swimming as her preferred sports. After 10 years in the trade, Yana has a remarkably strong work ethic and unparalleled technical skill.
The combination of this and her integer personality makes her one of our shining stars.
Her gentle demeanour belies her exceptional ability to create stunning hair color transformations with ease as her understanding of colour theory is clear in her practice.
Yana`s dedication to her craft is evident in every client she serves, as she consistently delivers results that exceed expectations. With her keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence, Yana has earned a reputation for being one of the best in the business.
OLGA
Olga is our Zug salon lead and her slightly still, concentrated and confident manner suits the intimate atmosphere perfectly. Originally from Latvia, Olga has spent many years abroad, travelling and expanding her education in various countries also, across multiple brands.
She specialises in colour and texturized cuts, long or super short.
Olga only takes one client at a time and meticulously works on your style right through from the beginning to end.
Olga speaks, Latvian Russian and German. She understands English and always has another stylist translate if necessary.
SLAVA
Vyacheslav AKA Slava is the real `rose` amongst us thorns. The perfect example of a true gentleman. Originally from Ukraine, Slava owned his own salon there and still practices a high level of customer service and expertise in our Zug store.
He is a color master and educator having previously worked with Loreal and currently Redken and Schwarzkopf products are on his list of color choice for clients looking for optimum performance in coloring services.
Book with Slava if you like textured cutting, blonding and/or creative coloring.
ROISIN
Our Irish Lass is the absolute glue that holds our salons together! Roisin takes care of all the phone calls, emails, customer queries and most social media activity.
She is also the lady that keeps us sane with all our personal needs. She orders lunch, plans small breather breaks, courtesy calls our clients or even books our flights. She is our gate keeper… The spinal cord in most of our operations, from beginning to end. We quite simply could not cope without her!.
